We recommend you to choose a delivery company with shipment tracking service
The after-sales service form must be attached to your parcel. This document shall specify full details of your company and also contact details of the person in charge of the return process. We also recommend you to include information about the damage of the product and the nature of the problem (e.g. : for a defective cable cutter, please indicate cross section and cable types that user wants to cut…)
AVERAGE REPAIR LEAD-TIME
7 days upon receiving the package (only if repair can be done in our workshops). In case products must be returned to our suppliers, repair lead-time could reach 4 weeks, but we always do our utmost to speed up the process and minimize lead-time.
